Why wouldn’t I hire a full-time designer?
Hiring a full-time designer can cost over $100k annually, not including benefits, training, and other overheads. With our subscription, you get high-quality work without the long-term commitment or extra expenses.
Who will be working on my designs?
All designs are crafted by me, Andrew, the founder. You’ll work directly with me, ensuring a personal and consistent experience.
How quickly will I get my designs?
Most design requests are delivered within 48 hours of submitting your request via trello. Complex or larger projects might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
What if I don’t like the design?
No problem! We’ll continue to iterate till you are 100% satisfied.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can pause or cancel the subscription anytime you want.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of work, we do not offer any refunds.
